Aspira Psychiatry is not a participating provider in any health insurance plans at this time.
This allows care to be confidential and customized—decided mutually by patient and physician according to need and evidence-based guidelines, rather than being dictated by an insurance company. This has no impact on your insurance's coverage of medication prescribed by our office. We do not submit insurance claims, but we will be happy to provide all information necessary for you to file an out-of-network insurance claim.
Initial Assessment, up to 90 minutes: $400
*Individual Psychotherapy, up to 60 minutes: $300
*Individual Psychotherapy, up to 30 minutes: $200
Medication Management, up to 30 minutes: $200
Telephone Consultation, 10+ minutes: $300/hour
*Sessions include medication management as needed.
Dr. Holbrook offers in-person and telehealth appointments.
Although in-person appointments are preferred (wearing face masks covering the nose and mouth) especially for the first visit, telehealth is available for any patient located in the state of Ohio. In-person visit(s) will be required for the prescription of controlled medications and other medications requiring physical assessments (such as antipsychotics) for your safety.
Payment is expected at the time of service and may be in the form of cash, check, or credit card. We do not charge payment processing fees at this time.
If you are interested in becoming a new patient of Dr. Holbrook, please leave a voicemail to request an intake by calling our main number (614-300-7456) and following the prompts for new patients. You will be asked to create a portal account to complete paperwork and to allow you and Dr. Holbrook to exchange secure messages regarding appointments, refills, and useful information about your treatment.
